At Marriage Owl  we stand behind our products and your satisfaction is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally offer a No Refund / 14-Day Limited Refund policy.


2. Nature of Digital Products


Unlike physical goods, digital products are deemed "used" after download or opening. This means that:


  • All sales are final once the download link has been accessed or the product has been delivered to your email.
  • By purchasing a product from marriageowl.com you acknowledge that you lose your right to a refund once the download has begun.


3. Eligibility for Refunds


We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. We may grant a refund at our sole discretion if one of the following conditions is met:


  • Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice within a 24-hour period.
  • Technical Issues: The product is proven to be defective or corrupted, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days of being notified.
  • Product Misrepresentation: The product is significantly different from what was described on the sales page (minor subjective differences do not apply).


Important Note: "Buyer’s remorse" or a change of mind does not constitute a valid reason for a refund of digital goods.


4. European Union Right of Withdrawal


If you are a resident of the European Union, you typically have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase. However, for digital content, this right expires the moment you begin downloading or streaming the content, provided you gave your prior express consent and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal.

  3. Wait for Review: Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.


6. Chargebacks


We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues. We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. If a chargeback is filed for a legitimate purchase, we reserve the right to report the incident to relevant credit agencies and permanently ban the user from our platform.
